Mr. Nadkarni received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Arts from the Michigan State University. He went on to get his Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Six Sigma Management Science from the University of Miami. Thereafter, Mr. Nadkarni received his Juris Doctorate in Law from Nova Southeastern University, and an LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School. Mr. Nadkarni has successfully passed the United States Patent and Trademark Office Examination. He is in good standing, member of the Florida Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. Mr. Nadkarni is a FL Board Certified Attorney in Intellectual Property Law.

Mr. Nadkarni is admitted to practice in the Southern, Middle, and Northern District of Florida Federal Courts, Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington D.C., and qualified for admissions with the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Nadkarni is the former President of BNI Miami Beach Chapter, Former President of the U.S. India Chamber of Commerce South Florida Chapter, and currently serves as the Board of Director of the Chamber. He is also a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
