Marcia Giordano Hansen is the proud owner of The Hansen Law Firm which provides legal services in the area of Real Estate, Immigration and Criminal Defense. Marcia has been a litigator in the South Florida trial courts for 20 years. After graduating with honors from Barnard College of Columbia University, Marcia attended Nova Law School in Ft. Lauderdale and graduated early in 2 and 1/2 years. She gained immediate trial experience working for the State of Florida as a Public Defender where she litigated over 30 trials as first chair. With that experience she went on to work for two prominent law firms in Miami-Dade County, Wicker Smith and Fowler White. There she honed in on her civil litigation and Federal criminal defense skill set. With 10 years of work under her belt for other people, it was time for Marcia to own her own firm. Over the past 10 years, Marcia has successfully operated her own firm representing people from all over the world. Marcia is multi-lingual with a Chilean and Italian background which benefits her clients located abroad or who are recent transplants to the United States. Marcia thrives on change and diversity which is why she maintains a practice that provides services in immigration, real estate and criminal defense.
